Shipping Policy

Shipping policy:

Inspired Passion currently ships Worldwide via USPS.

Domestic orders (US): Products are shipped out from the warehouse within 1-7 business days. After order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order.

International orders: Products are shipped out from the warehouse within 1-7 business days. After order is shipped please allow 6-10 days to receive your order.

Exchanges:

Inspired Passion orders are nonrefundable. Exchanges are available if they fall under one (or multiple) of the requirements. Exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of your receipt. Inspired Passion is not responsible for any shipping charges upon return. Please include your item number on the outside of the package and ship to the address provided below. Original shipping is nonrefundable. Any questions regarding exchanges, contact Inspired Passion via the Contact page.

Exchanging orders requirements:
-Garments must be unworn and unwashed
-Sale and discounted items do not qualify for exchange
-Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value

Any returning items that do not follow the requirements will not be exchanged or shipped back. Inspired Passion upholds the right to deny any worn or damaged orders.

Exchange process:
Contact Inspired Passion via the Contact page giving detail as to what you wish to return as well as what you would like to exchange the product for (equal or lesser value). Please include your order number as well as a photo addressing the issue. Exchanges will be reviewed and approved by a representative within 1-7 business days. All transaction fees and other information will be sent in a following email.
